Journal of Valuation and Expertness is a scientifical reviewed journal, established in 2016, which is aimed at theory, practise and process:
- Appraisement and valuation of concerns
- Appraisement of effects
- Appraisement of real estate
- Appraisement of intangible property
- Other aspects of experts´ activities and appraisement
Articles pass throw reviewing assessments based on peer-review in procedure, which is realized two times consecutively. Council members are experts in a field of appraisement of concerns, authorized experts, authors of many expertise and other significant evaluators.
In the Journal of Valuation and Expertness are published theoretical, methodological and empirical articles from different economic fields, although there are preferred fields according to JEL classification, which are mentioned below:
- D46 – Value Theory
- G32 – Financing Policy; Financial Risk and Risk Management; Capital and Ownership Structure; Value of Firms; Goodwill
- G33 – Bankruptcy; Liquidation

Periodicity:
The journal is published annually in 2016 and 2017, from 2018 the periodicity is increased to two issues per year.
