EXPERIMENTAL DERIVATION OF FUNCTIONAL GROUPS AND THEIR PROPORTIONAL PARTS

The paper deals with the design of the subdivision according to the commoncharacteristics of the structure of forming machines and the expression ofproportional parts of functional groups. For the purpose of valuation, it isappropriate to subdivide the structure of forming machines into functional groupsof mechanics (stand), mechanics (components), hydraulics and electronics. Thedetermination of proportional parts is based on expert analysis with leadingmanufacturers of forming machines. The problem solved is explained on theforming punching machine. The paper presents the design of subdivision of theconstruction groups of the punching machine into superior functional groups. Dueto the lack of price data, it is difficult to create ideal proportional parts for alltypes of forming machines. The paper presents at least the general structure ofsubdivision of functional groups and their proportional parts. The proposedsubdivision method must be confirmed or specified by further research.
