Journal of valuation and expertness

JoVaE – Journal of Valuation and Expertness is a peer-reviewed professional journal dedicated to advancing both theory and practice in the fields of valuation and expert activities. The journal primarily focuses on the valuation of businesses, real estate, intangible assets, and other assets and economic effects, as well as on methodological and procedural aspects of expert work.

JoVaE provides a platform for publishing original research articles, professional studies, and applied outputs that reflect current needs of both the academic and professional communities. Alongside valuation-related topics, the journal also welcomes interdisciplinary contributions linked to expert practice, including selected areas of risk assessment and transport safety research based on traffic accident data.

The mission of JoVaE is to support interdisciplinary dialogue, enhance the quality of professional discussion, and contribute to transparent, reproducible, and well-documented evaluation of value in a dynamic economic and societal environment. We encourage submissions based on quantitative and qualitative approaches, methodological innovations, and case studies with clear implications for decision-making practice.

We believe that JoVaE will serve as a trustworthy space for readers and authors to share knowledge with strong professional credibility and real-world impact in the domains of valuation and expert witnessing.
