The subject of this paper is to determine the usual property price by an expertwhen a comparative method was used for the valuation, and where other valuationmethods are also mentioned in this article. The primary task was to determine themarket value of real estate, but the contribution does not neglect the theoryapproaching valuation issues. Valuation by the comparative method wasperformed successfully, where at the end of the paper are included outputs andresults, including the calculation of prices, taking into account all the importantfactors affecting the final price of the property.
